Pricing: All pricing for our web design services will be clearly outlined in your custom proposal, invoice, or service package description.

Payment Terms: Payment schedules and methods will be specified in your agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work commences, with final payment due upon project completion or as per the agreed-upon milestones.

Late Payments: QuickPages reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, including website hosting, for overdue payments.

Refunds: Refund policies will be detailed in your project agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

Client Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide for your website (text, images, logos, etc.). You grant QuickPages a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the web design services.

QuickPages Work Product: Upon full and final payment, QuickPages grants you a license to use the final website design and code developed specifically for your project. QuickPages retains the right to use elements of the design, code, and project for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. QuickPages retains ownership of any underlying tools, frameworks, or pre-existing code used in the development process.

Third-Party Assets: Any third-party themes, plugins, stock photography, or other assets used in your project are subject to their respective licenses. You are responsible for adhering to these licenses.

5. Hosting and Maintenance

If QuickPages provides hosting services, we will strive to ensure your website is accessible and operational. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, third-party service failures).

Maintenance agreements, if applicable, will be outlined separately and may include services such as software updates, security monitoring, and backups.

In no event shall QuickPages, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
